Returns & Exchange Policy of Sisba

At Sisba, we strive to maintain the highest quality in our ladies’ fashion products, including kameez, 3-piece, 2-piece, and single-piece items. However, we understand that issues may sometimes occur. This Returns & Exchange Policy outlines how we handle returns for wholesale orders.

 

  1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or has a manufacturing fault.
  • The item(s) received are incorrect or not as per order.
  • The return request is made within 3 days of receiving the goods.

 

  1. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Products damaged due to mishandling or improper storage after delivery.
  • Items with minor color variations due to screen or fabric dye differences.
  • Garments that have been used, washed, or altered in any way.

 

  1. Return Process

To request a return or exchange:

  1. Replacement & Refund
  • Replacement: For eligible issues, we will send a replacement product (subject to stock availability).
  • Refund: Refunds may be provided as store credit or via original payment method in special cases, as per management approval.

 

  1. Shipping Costs
  • For valid returns due to product issues, Sisba will bear the return shipping cost.
  • For returns initiated due to buyer error (e.g., wrong order placed), the buyer bears the return cost.
